Since 1 in 8 women in the U.S. is diagnosed with breast cancer, every one of us will know someone with it at some point in our lives. Hardly anyone would say we’re not aware of breast cancer, especially in October when the world gets “pinkwashed.” Yet when it happens to you or someone you love, it becomes painfully evident how little we know about what will happen.For anyone supporting someone through it, these podcast episodes will get your head wrapped around treating them with compassion and sensitivity long past the end of Pinktober.
