Podcast Spotlight:Sway

Anyone who follows me knows that I stand for journalist Kara Swisher. She has made a career out of asking influential people — from Barack Obama to Mark Zuckerberg — the hard (and often awkward) questions. In Sway, her new podcast for NYT Opinion Audio, she continues to hold power to account. Start with her interview with John Matze, the chief executive of right-leaning social media platform Parler. The pair's astonishing discussion took place the day of the riots at the U.S. Capitol and is reported to have been a factor in Google's decision to remove the app from its platform.
