Why did you choose this theme? 

I am a new mom and I have listened to various mommy or parent-themed content over the past few months! I wanted to share some of my favorites in this curated list.

Lack of care is a significant barrier to participating in the labor force, as women are faced with the choice of returning to work or staying home to care for children.
