I’m a hip-hop scholar who has published and presented work on Kendrick Lamar, Lauryn Hill, and Kanye West. I’m very interested in the history of hip-hop and the impacts of hip-hop culture. This list has important untold hip-hop histories and explores the hustle ethic of the genre.
