So often we look to a pill or a product to save us from mental health struggles, when the answer to our problems can so frequently be found for free in our own backyard. These episodes cover various aspects of natural healing for mental health.//There are many ways to approach the very real and very dire issue of mental health so many face today. While more traditional routes like medication and therapy are absolutely valid and valuable, sometimes a more holistic and natural approach to healing can also change your life.
