Five podcast episodes on a theme, each week curated by a different person

Theme: We're Going Through Changes

Curator:

Arielle & Maya -- The EarBuds Team

    Why this Theme?

EarBuds is undergoing lots of changes. In the last few months, we hired our first Newsletter & Podcast Coordinator (s/o to Maya Rubin), we revamped our podcast (second season is out TODAY), aaaand we rebranded. You can probably tell from the look of this email. Big thanks to our designer, Kayla Shafkowitz! This week's theme is dedicated to change. Each episode focuses on changes that we all go through, whether they're psychological, physical, geographical, or anything else.

Last Day tackles important conversations surrounding mental health and suicide. In this show, Stephanie and her team shed light on topics our society tries to push aside and avoid. What I appreciate most about Last Day is that they are working closely with The Jed Foundation to ensure they are telling this story in an intentional way, instead of sensationalizing them as the media often does. Stephanie Wittels Wachs and her team goes a step further by dissecting each person's story, providing context to what led to the pivotal moments, and what happens after.
