Why did you choose this theme?

I chose this theme because, well, I think about bodies and health A LOT. And I love hearing how other shows examine the body through their own special lens, such as via fashion, or the mysterious and unknown, or money. I love all the different perspectives and surprises in each of these episodes.

WISE INTERN RECOMMENDATION:EarBuds founder Arielle Nissenblatt is mentoring four high school seniors from The Leffell School this semester. They recently launched a Substack and podcast called Slapstick Sports. For the next few weeks, they'll each recommend a podcast they're enjoying.

I recommend The Rewatchables from The Ringer. I'm obviously a sports fanatic, but on the side, I love movies, and The Rewatchables is a great way to listen to a recap of my favorites. Not to mention, it's also hilariously funny. There's not one episode where I haven't laughed out loud multiple times. Presented by Bill Simmons and The Ringer, it features many sports analogies, especially in the awards segment. Some of the awards are most rewatchable scene, What aged the best/worst, movie MVP, The Dion Waiters Award, and who won the movie.

I recommend the Superbad episode. Not only is Superbad one of the funniest movies I've seen, but the way the hosts poke fun at it, and who they give the awards to is brilliant.- Noah Holmgren
