Why this theme?

👉🏽 My boss, Michael Sitrick, and I chose this theme because no podcast we came across was specifically addressing the impact of the court of public opinion on legal cases. We felt that having conversations with lawyers who understand how to work with the media would be both insightful and instructive.

While many lawyers prefer not to "litigate in the press," we often advise our clients to be proactive — to shape the narrative themselves rather than allowing others to do it for them.
